Do you offer same-day collections?
We don’t offer same-day. We run scheduled bookings so we can plan jobs properly and deliver a reliable service.
What items can you remove?
Most general household and commercial waste, bulky items, furniture, and clearance loads. If you have something unusual, tell us what it is and we’ll advise.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing depends on volume, weight/type of waste, access, and labour time (e.g., stairs or long carry distances). Share a few details (or photos) and we’ll quote accurately.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. If access is arranged and the items are clearly identified, we can often complete the job without you on-site.
Can you clear lofts, garages, or whole houses?
Yes — we do partial and full clearances, including garages, lofts, gardens, and complete properties.
Do you provide cleaning too?
Yes. If you want the space left “ready to use,” we can add post-clearance cleaning.
What about needles or hazardous items?
We offer needle sweeps where safety is a concern. For hazardous materials, tell us what’s involved and we’ll advise on the safest, correct approach.
